You will receive the digital photos within 3 to 5 days after the photoshoot.
Steps to Complete Your Purchase
Register on the platform and make sure your email address is correct.
Mark your favorite photos by clicking the heart icon located at the bottom of each picture.
Click on “Print Store.” (Photos are delivered digitally — this is just the title of the section, no physical prints are included.)
Select the package you’d like to purchase.
Choose your photos from your favorites. The favorites list is located at the top right corner of the page.
Click “Next” through all the steps and fill out the form. Use the same email you registered with and make sure to enter your correct name. The rest of the information can be generic — it’s only required so the system saves your order.
Complete the checkout process until you receive your order number, then send us a screenshot so we can verify your purchase.
After Completing Your Order
Once you finish the process, we will send you the payment link.
We will first try using the Colombian payment platform. If that’s not possible, we’ll need to use PayPal, which has higher fees.
After making the payment, please send us a screenshot so we can confirm the information.
Once verified, we will approve your payment.
Within a few minutes, you’ll receive a download link sent to the same email you registered with.
Your photos will be in high resolution and without watermarks.
Remember:
Your purchase will remain stored in our cloud for 3 months.
The photos you didn’t purchase will be deleted after 15 days — but you can still buy more photos anytime before they are removed.
